Why 360Run?
360Run was created because a lot of clients were asking for exactly what we offer! They needed a personal trainer, but also a running coach, a yoga teacher and other specialists too. We can provide all those in one place, and with one simple assessment we can create a unique prescription of sessions for you. By hand-picking our coaches and therapists we ensure that we provide only the very best experts for you while also covering a very broad range of areas.
What if I have special requirements or training needs?
We have experts in all areas who have trained extensively in many fields. Within the core team we have specialists in yoga, barefoot running, athletics, nutrition, juniors, older adults, strength and conditioning, women's health, pregnancy/post-natal, long term health conditions, soft tissue injury, mental health and we can coach track, trail and road running of any distance. We also use swimming coaches, cycling coaches, experts in gait analysis, triathlon, aqua-jogging, Pilates, strapping and taping, and physiotherapists as required by our clients. We have coaches that specialise in beginners, others that specialise in elite athletes and everything in between....

If you're so good, then why don't I already know about you?
The chances are you do already know our coaches, as we coach at many of the local running clubs. Only the best people are chosen to join the team at 360Run, each of which are 'vetted' by the existing members to ensure we're all offering an exceptional standard of care.
As a collaborative organisation, 360Run was only launched on 4th August 2013 so you may not have heard of us before then!

I'm just starting out running - do I need coaching?
In many ways, the best time to get running coaching is right at the start! We can analyse your technique and gait, evaluate any muscle imbalances and show you efficient and effective ways to train. We can make learning to run a safer and more enjoyable experience, and give you a really good base to start training from.
I'm looking for a club - can you help?
Our coaches are from several local clubs, so we can talk you through all your options!
Sounds a great service, but is it expensive?
We have a range of packages depending on what you need! You can use us for one-off sports massage or personal yoga sessions, or you can sign up for a longer package. Packages typically include a mix of personal training, running coaching, massage and yoga over several weeks.
